My Unforgettable Year in Portugal

Guincho - a beach at an hour by bike from Cascais (a well known resort near to Lisbon) is loved by surfers...there are big waves, wind; it´s a very big beach, very broad. We got there wth the bikes that we rented for free from Cascais, in the early morning, pretty early for a Sunday, having in mind that from home to Cascais we take around one hour and a half. But it´s worth waking up so early if you want to catch a free bike, isn´t it ? :-)

So, we left Cascais...the thing that we were not expecting was that Guincho to be so far, having in mind that someone told us that it´s at 15-20 min by bike...(maybe they were reffering to the Portuguese time, that takes 2-3 times more than the normal one :))...just kidding...). In the way, we stopped also at Boca do Inferno (Mouth of Hell), a huge rock, sculpted by the waves.
